Taco Bell - Fayetteville

Had a mobile job on the day the Mexican pizza was released so they were extremely busy. I received my food in a decent amount of time, my order was right for a great order, and that was delicious.

Slow as molasses. Idk how they have a full staff. Also a bigger parking lot than MLK. They slow. Never know what time it will close. Half of staff goes on smoke break together when there's car in the drive-thru to the street. MLK have 3 staff members but be on their grind. Mlk put this Taco Bell to shame. Employees cussing no customer service or home training. I know times are tough but take some pride in your job

Thanks to Athena, I have a pleasant visit as she makes sure we're informed of when they're low or out of products. She's always in good positive mood and quick to put a smile on your face. Her personality is well received by all that visit this drive thru location. Shea quick to offer suggestions if a product isn't available or of something is missing from a mobile order. I wish all managers had a employee similar to Athena, but I'm happy with her being at this location for now.

Horrible management. Floors were covered in water for whatever reason, drink fountain was not working, who I assume was the manager wasn't doing what a manger should be doing. Made everyone coming in use the kiosk but if you had cash just made an excuse that they were too understaffed to take cash. The time it took him to say all that he could have taken my money. This location is garbage and the staff are nasty

This location is a consistent disappointment. They always have some reason why they can't remain open for their posted hours. Not by just 10 or 20 minutes either but 2-5 hours early. They either don't have enough product or people to stay open, or sometimes no reason is given other than We're closed There are many other Taco Bell locations in town and none of them have these issues. Save yourself the trouble and drive 2 more miles to the M.L.K. location.
