Friendly people, but they are never in a hurry to get anything done. Always slow and I really think the toaster needs checked out, seems like the bread is always barely toasted.

Orders threw the app and picked up in store. It was easy and didn't have to wait long. The sandwiches were great!

(Online order) Slow and poor service, it took 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. I was told they had to make more meatballs, to which the food was colder than a winter here in Arkansas.

First off, the employee just ignored us for a minute after taking our stuff out of the toaster (we were the only people there). Then when I get to the next section, I asked for parmesan and the dude starts shaking it on normally then he opens the back sideof the cap and just starts dumping an absurd amount of parmesan on the sandwich. I get it bro, if I worked at subway I'd hate myjob too, but at least do the job right. You don't have to take it out on the customers.
