Sonic Drive-in - Fayetteville

The restaurant has been inconsistent in the past, but has improved recently in getting my order right and ensuring it is complete.

I received the incorrect food order at the restaurant. Despite my specific request for extra marinara sauce, it was not provided. Instead, I was given mozzarella sticks and cheddar bites without the marinara sauce I had requested. Additionally, the cheddar bites were not even part of my original order; I had ordered jalapeño poppers.

I visited this restaurant to pick up dinner for my family and was really disappointed. The foot long hot dog was a mess and looked like it had already been eaten. My burger was supposed to only have ketchup but came with everything on it. Sonic charges high prices but the service and quality of the food are subpar.

Waited over 20 mins for 3 meals to be brought out at 7:25pm. And order wasn’t not even right.

This Sonic does a really good job with food and customer service. The car hops are great and my orders are correct!
