Joe's Crab Shack - Fayetteville

I really enjoyed Joe's crab shack This was my first time going to this Spot. The food was delicious

This place is super slow and way too expensive for the value. I visited on a Saturday at lunch and there were only three other tables seated. With this few of patrons, our food should've come quicker than it did. We ordered crab buckets for two and a shrimp sampler. The quality of the crabs were embarrassing. I know we don't live on the coast, but that was ridiculous. Finally, the cost of our meal with tip was just under $150. Way overpriced for what we got. Now I know why this place is always dead.

Absolutely disgusting food. The meals were dry and bland. The shrimp were as dry as hot sand. The service was terrible. There were barely any customers in the restaurant and the waitress barely acknowledged our table. We all got different lemonade drinks and the prices for refills are different on all drinks. One was .99 the other two were $3 and $4. For anyone trying to go to Joe’s Crab Shack. Don’t go it’s a waste of money. That’s a hundred dollars wasted on a birthday dinner.

Got there at 3pm for a late lunch on a Saturday and had to wait 30-40 minutes even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. Our server was nice but very forgetful had to constantly remind her of things. And the food took an hour to get to our table. My six year old was so hungry when I asked the server if they could at least bring his food first she apologized and said they only had one cook that shift. Had I known I would of gone elsewhere. The food was bland and not worth the wait. First and last time coming here.

10/9/2022 Definitely would not recommend! I ordered a Land and Sea. My shrimp came served with the digestive tract attached, sautéed and seasoned. Presentation is everything and this was terrible. Even if high heat kills the bacteria, deveining the shrimp shows effort was made prepping the item and cooking it. After being served this, I questioned the kitchen staff food handling.
