Cape Fear BBQ Restaurant - Fayetteville

We ordered a BBQ sandwich meal, chicken sandwich, 2 large fries and mac n cheese. The only good part f the meal was the mac n cheese. Spent $20.05. My BBQ sandwich was nasty. It had coleslaw on it, meat was grey and taste vinegary. Fries were ice cold. There was a bone in chicken breast in the chicken sandwich with coleslaw. My husband said the chicken was pink. Will never go back

The food was outstanding. Definitely will be returning... That rib sauce is a god send

There was a slump in quality for a while, but, they are back to cooking good food. Glad they are doing better!

Stopped by on our way home from White Lake. The staff was very friendly. I had the chicken, and it was some of the crispiest, well seasoned chicken I've ever had. The mashed potatoes were really good as well. I would definitely recommend.

I got the chicken and barbecue plate with coleslaw and collards. First time here. Very well established. The chicken was spot on with good breading. Not too thick or thin. Juicy chicken and pork BBQ. Slaw was fine. Collards we're good, but salty for my taste. Little pricey, but ate it for 2 meals. I'll be back to try other items for sure.
