Arby's - Fayetteville

The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The service was inconsistent. We had to remind the person taking our order to include all items, and then had to remind the drive-thru attendant to make sure we got everything. We had to ask for condiments and napkins before they were provided. Despite there not being any other customers in line behind us, it took longer than expected to receive our order.

We tried the fish sandwich at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. Unlike other places that serve preformed fish patties, this one had a breaded filet of fish, which I really appreciated. Along with the sandwich, I also had a Jamocha shake which was so tasty!

Ordering was a breeze, the food arrived promptly and was hot and fresh. The server was friendly and there were no issues with our experience.

Management was nice let us watch Netflix on our tablet since no one else was in the building plus the food was great/hot!!

This particular Arby's always gets our order right and in a timely manner.
