Very nice view if your room is between 240 and 248 facing the sea. Room with zero soundproofing (near neighbor included! The air conditioning lasts to control, very small room, if your room is in the 100, no elevator, (stairs to mount, The Jaco server of the Accent restaurant is the worst server I've known. Nice room and very cheap at 120 US dollars a night. Probably more in summer. I would think for sea view that this room would be worth USD 200 per night. Right by the sea. Restaurant on site was also very good for the meal I had there. Walkability: I don't think the island is very walkable or even really rideable, but this hotel is not far from the ferry.

Stayed for 4 nights as part of a Gendron trip. Nothing to complain about, no soundproofing problem (we were out of season) The place is well located on the edge of a beautiful beach.
