Bidrage med feedbackWe found ourselves in town mid-week, with few shops open and little activity happening. With limited options, we ended up at Cafe Sumarlina. The cafe was bustling, but it had a cozy, family-run vibe. The service was a bit slow, both in taking our order and bringing out our food. The dishes we ordered, including seafood soup with bread, bacalao in orly dough, and two burgers, were tasty but the portions were on the smaller side. The seafood soup was flavorful but slightly salty, filled with plenty of seafood. The burgers were simply average, nothing extraordinary. We had been hoping to find good seafood in town, but the places recommended on Google were unfortunately closed.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant in Fáskrúðsfjörður. The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The fish soup and chicken pasta were excellent. The atmosphere was nice.
The service was friendly and the food came quickly. We had Belgian waffle and also ice cream, cappuccino and Caffe all very good. We were sitting on the little terrace, having a nice time with the beautiful view.
Fabolous and kindly staff and good food. Serving local fish that has not been ever frozen. Good location. Recommended.
Best soup ever!! I had the seafood soup, it was the best soup I’ve ever had! My teenage son had the pizza and it was great too. The host was amazingly friendly and ever shared some northern light tips. The place had the most amazing view and was super cozy. Thank you!
