The man giving me my food rushed to give me my drink before I could even pull up. Not to mention the food took a while to even get to me. I got home and my tacos barely had any meat or cheese in them. The only good thing was my drink and bean burrito.
Placed a to-go lunch order inside at the kiosk. Waited about 10 minutes to receive my food during which time I witnessed the saddest excuse for customer service as bags of food were tossed/slung onto the counter with only one call of the customer’s name. No tag or receipt on any of the bags so no way to know for sure whose order belonged to whom. One sack of food and a beverage sat on the counter for 5 minutes before the woman slinging the bags got it and slung it over in the area for the drive-thru orders. I’m sure the food was no longer even warm as the bag was wide open. No smiles, no one said thank you. I felt as though I was a burden just being there. Took my food home and it wasn’t even very good. I’m sorry if this lady was having a bad day, but her attitude made my lunch experience very sub-par. I doubt I will return.
Our family are big Taco Bell fans, but this particular location just makes it really difficult to continue to be a fan. We regularly hit the drive-through on Wednesday nights after church choir rehearsal, usually around 8:30 PM. On our last three visits, we were told (Week 1) there was a grease spill in the kitchen, and it would be at least 30 minutes before any service; then (Week 2) we were told it would be at least 15 minutes, without any further explanation; then most recently (Week 3) we sat in line for almost 10 minutes, with literally no movement in the line of drive-through customers. So we parked and tried to go inside to order at the counter, but the door was locked. It was still not yet 9:00 PM. Add to this the fact that the sign in front of the store is almost never lit up, so we’re usually curious if it’s even still open. I want to be considerate of whatever the operational challenges are at this location; I just hope management can get them fixed. It’s getting harder and harder to continue to be a fan.
Pulled up to the drive-through, unable to take my order because he is the only employee in the restaurant. This is not against the employee, but why is he clocked in and the store is open if you’re not gonna take any orders if you’re the only employee there? UPDATE: This update is 5 days after I posted this 1 star. We tried to come here again for a late night snack… it’s not even 11 and there’s a car in the drive thru at the window with no lights on.. they are hanging out, (no lights on in the parking lot) pull up to the speaker get told it’s going to be a 15 minute wait …. For what??? Man…. This is crazy. Can’t go to the one in turkey creek because everyone the order is wrong, can’t go to the one on walbrook… and obviously can’t come to this one here in Farragut. lol also the chicken from here tasted so just old from their new “cantina burrito” that we paid a pretty penny for and it wasn’t even worth a 2 dollar burrito Couldn’t even finish my food
