Longhorn Steakhouse - Farragut

We really enjoyed our dinner here at the Parkside LongHorn’s Steakhouse. We had a variety and everything was cooked perfectly. My salt-timed, top-shelf margarita was the best I’ve ever tasted. Our server, Michael was great. Attentive and kind. I definitely recommend dining here and will again.Vegetarian options: A lot of yummy veggies to choice from.

I usually go to this restaurant and find it pleasant until tonight. We had a party of 8. Five of us were there along with my 89 year old father. They would not seat us until the other three people showed up. We waited for 15 minutes until our other party showed up. I wanted to be seated because my father needed to sit down. I asked to be seated because my father needed to sit. I kept saying we could order drinks and appetizers until they show up. The manager came out and kept on saying It 's our policy not to seat people until everyone shows up. I didn 't agree in a nice way that we should be seated. The manager looked at me and said you 're not a nice person. I told him that he was not a nice person. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The manager (his name is Steve not sure what his last name is) was such a jerk. What a way to lose customers. The servers kept apologizing for his rudeness. It took me 30 minutes to recover from this before I could enjoy my dinner. The servers were fantastic and so was the food. It 's unfortunate that this manager was such a horrible person. I never leave reviews. This is my first.

Service was poor, and the server was rude and unhelpful and argumentative. Food was so salty as to be almost inedible. Prices were high already and to substitute for a different salad cost more than the difference in the menu price of the salads. Won't eat there again.
