Dairy Queen hal the best strawberry sundaes and their fries and chicken are always crispy and never overly oily like they've been trying to keep them from drying out because they've been waiting to be served for a few hours. Their $7 Chicken Basket Combo is a favorite of mine and getting chicken strips, fries, a soda and a strawberry sundae for less than a big mac and a soda is an amazing value and a great meal! Their food is crispy and excellently cooked, the chicken is always moist without being overly greasy from attempts to keep it from drying out and their fries are the crispiest and most consistently well cooked around. ?️???️

Food was great, service was great but the meal was tiny, I got 6 onion rings with my order it wasn’t nearly enough in my opinion

My 5 stars for this location goes to Liv! She was working the front counter by herself while high school football game was going on across the street and she was trying so hard, had a huge crowd of people in front of her while taking orders, making ice creams, boxing orders, and still had a smile on her face and even remembered to flip the blizzards upside down to each customer! I'd give her 100 stars if I could! Such a hardworking chick! Great Job Liv!

Waited for 30 minutes after ordering a meal. Our sundaes came out after 15 minutes and never our food. Standing in line trying to get refund. Not having any luck. Finally got our money back. Going somewhere that we can get food.

Found out that they are getting rid of the chicken patty sandwich and replacing it with a chicken finger sandwich (BOO!!! . Normally, this is our go to DQ in Knoxville but today was not a good day to visit. We ordered a large blizzard but did not get the upside down show, the PB Brownie was melted and dripping outside the cup when brought to us. Fries were not hot.
