Starbucks - Farmville

I had a large coffee with a shot of expresso and what was supposed to be some frothed milk. All I could taste was the milk. The coffee was extremely weak which is the sole reason for going, strong coffee. Very disappointed ?

Some of the baristas are not always pleasant. Today, that was not the case. Great service and perfect cold brew.

As a fellow Starbucks partner, I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered several drinks, one was a tea latte that was made incorrectly. When I approached the employee to have it remade, there was no interaction with me. She took the beverage, dumped half of the tea out and steamed milk to pour in. It was still lacking the syrup that should have been added. I ended up having to ask for sugar to add. Not a huge deal, but disappointed in the lack of pride in their job.

I love starbucks. I honestly thought in a small town like Farmville Prince Edward county there would be a small coffee shop but did not expect such a big amazing starbucks. Everyone who works there is so kind and sweet. I loved the taste of my coffee.

We come to this location quite often and I have to say after the last visit I have to leave a review. Every time we visit we have at least 1 messed up item and for Starbucks prices and the rate at which baristas are paid there shouldn't be this many mistakes. Yesterday we ordered a Gingerbread Chai with 2% milk and they used Almond milk, my wife's Apple Crisp was ordered hot and came cold. The new Apple Crisp they made hot didn't have Apple in it at all and was just steamed milk with a single shot of espresso. I didn't even bother getting a new Chai because we had to go and it took long enough to get those two items done. My daughter's drink was the only one made right. We ordered ahead because we were in sort of a hurry and they hadn't even started making the drinks until we showed up. The girl had an attitude and we were nice as could be saying please and thank you. The other girl spent her time chatting up some college boys from Longwood instead of helping the girl who obviously was having a rough day and had an attitude. Do better Starbucks. We support the brand loyally and expect more from our overpriced coffees and teas.
