When we drove up to the window, the cashier was quite rude and seemed annoyed by our presence. Like anyone would with an order that big, we parked to check everything before leaving, only to discover that some items were missing. One of our party went inside to address the issue, and the manager requested that she bring all of our food and the receipt back inside. This wasn’t a problem; she went back in with the items. However, to our surprise, the manager started rifling through our food with her bare hands, opening burgers and so on. Unsatisfied with that handling, we asked for all of our food to be remade and for the missing items to be included. The manager became angry and refused our request, insisting that we leave without our food or a refund, and even threatened to call the police when we wouldn’t leave empty-handed. Eventually, she did remake our food and ensured everything was included. By that time, nearly an hour had passed, and the milkshakes were melted and unappetizing, while the sodas were watered down from the melting ice. Once we got home, we discovered we were still missing one order of hushpuppies, but dealing with that staff was certainly not worth the hassle of calling or returning for them.
