Shogun - Farmington

Our Chef, Brandon, was an exceptional cook. The waitress, Victoria, seemed a bit overwhelmed. Saw several staff members standing around doing nothing while Victoria hustled. The food was excellent for the cost, but should never have to wait for drink refills.

The food is and service is OK but unfortunately has gone down hill since the pandemic and workforce issues. The food quality is not consistent its either hit or miss. And with O-Saki right down the road they have huge competition in the sushi game.

Shrimp fried was supposed to come with soup and salad…didn’t receive.

Only went because in the past i knew this restaurant had good food and steak. Well not anymore. I got the steak/calamari. The steak was a whole 1/2 thick and I've never seen calamari shaped like that and had no taste. Paid almost 70bucks for 2 meals and 1 bar drink. What a waste!

After waiting for over an hour for our food we only received half the order,,,, noodles were under cooked,,,, our sushi got mixed up with another tables order,,,, it took them another hour to bring the rest of our food,,,, 6 of the 10 rolls we received was missing ingredients like salmon, tuna, and sauces etc,,,, on top of all this when we brought it to thier attention we were treated like an inconvenience,, almost as if it was our fault,,,, if your thinking of going here,,,, I'd recommend thi … – show
