Nicole is absolutely the worst customer service person I 've dealt with in a long time. She wouldn 't give me her last name but she was the boss this evening. Absolutely trash

This place was pretty fun before the pandemic… food quality is way down, and 70% of the employees look and act like they don’t even want any customers there… especially at the cedar bow restaurant and bar. Most of the bartenders look like they hate life, and like it’s a hassle serving anyone… I think they would rather have it back to pandemic days when they removed all the bar seating and hardly anyone was in there… it’s like, don’t you like making tips? I take my mom gambling here for fun once or twice a week, but it’s not that fun. I would definitely rather take her to the sun ray casino because that place is way friendlier but there are only two casinos around, and this review is from a Navajo tribal member if that means anything.

About time. I worked here for 7 years for Valet, recently left. And I tell ya, all of my customers I know would win big and put it all back. So from hearing all the stories, when I won I left. Until next time. Thank you!

I really enjoyed coming to this casino. I didn't have to bet high to win. It's spacious inside and has lots of machines to play.
