Gusnova Gelato - Farmington

I love this place! Go there daily for a smoothie. The owner is friendly and the smoothies are healthy and delicious!

We met worst rude lady called Kim today 4/25/2022at this icecream shop at westfarm mall Farmington CT she told us she doesn't care what we want she was very rude and impolite will never go back again, we were shocked by this experience at all. Stay wayfrom this extremely rude place with crapy ice cream!

First off, the smoothie I ordered for myself tastes awful. I wish I hadn?t wasted the $5.00. What?s worse is that I ordered a small smoothie for my 3 very young children to share. When I ordered I asked the woman if I could get two extra cups to splitthe smoothie up amongst the kids. She said absolutely. However, the Asian woman who rung me out REFUSED to give me extra cups.She said ?you ordered one smoothie, I cannot give you two extra cups. Those are $0.50 cents each!? I do not believe that shepays $0.50 per plastic cup, but whatever. I ordered two smoothies, not one. She didn?t care. She was extremely rude. I wish Ihadn?t wasted a cent at this place and I certainly will NEVER go back. The smoothies aren?t even worth the money. Disgusted withthe product and the awful customer service.

The lady who works there is the rude person I've experienced for a long time. Disgusting. Will never go back.

That was a surprising discovery. I was looking for vegan ice cream with real variety in the area when I went with a vegan friend around West Hartford and there was nothing in the small downtown area. Luckily, this was a short ride over! Many flavors that have real fruit flakes and the creamiest texture. I loved it!
