Fancy Bagels - Farmington

This place is super popular! The line was practically out the door when we arrived. There were so many people waiting we left to do a few errands. We went back after and ordered. It took a long time (seemed all of us had big orders) but the bagels aredelicious. They have a great selection of bagels, sandwiches and cream cheese flavors.

Wow! I walk in and there?s a lady in front of me. Then an ex employee walks in with her baby and the whole place stops working to come look at the baby. Then each little girl working there takes turns holding the baby. Then when I think it?s over after 10minutes, they little girls working start going on their phones to text. Keep in mind we?re all just standing in line and no onehas greeted us or taken our order. After another few minutes of these little girls not doing their jobs a couple of us justwalked out. Seriously? There?s a line of people and you all just pause and go see the baby and start playing on phones???? ThenI read other bad reviews and they?re all the same. The owner just doesn?t care all these little girl employees are horrible.Bye!

This is a great little place with an incredible menu not only breakfast but lunch sandwiches as well. The ladies are always a pleasure to talk to and take your order. You can call your order in ahead of time to cut the wait time or large orders for theoffice. Bagels are the best around!

Unless you are a ?regular? here do not expect to be cashed out with a smile. The girl who took my order was super pleasant but when it came time to pay? I was always raised to treat everyone with respect but this cashier made me feel like I was ?wrong?for trying to be friendly and have a simple conversation. The food is good but service. 0/10 do not recommend. I have been twicethis week and thought ok maybe she is having a bad day whatever.. the second time.. you are just miserable. It?s sad that youcan?t get good food AND good customer service now a days.. you have to compromise one for the other. If your not happy workingin the service industry and treating customers KIND with a SMILE.. DONT. Maybe train your employees to treat the customers whobring you money with respect and basic customer service skills?. Will not return..officer square head..

The food is good but half the staff is so rude I can?t give these people money anymore. The cashier today did nothing but give us dirty looks despite us walking up with a smile and asking how she is. If this is what service is, I?m all set
