Bidrage med feedbackI called to inquire about any specials, and Brianna answered the phone. She informed me that they didn't have any, even though Domino's usually has specials available. I then called the Park Hills location, and they confirmed that they do have specials at the moment. When I called back to speak to a manager, I was told that Brianna was the manager. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, and I have a strong feeling that she wasn't the actual manager.
Since I moved and am now only 2.3 miles away from the Farmington Domino's, it would be a relief for both me and the employees if I didn't have to call the store to get my pizza made correctly. It's also really frustrating to have to throw out expired pizzas from the incorrect orders.
I ordered on the app this past Thursday. My husband went to pick up the order, and the order was incorrect after he arrived home with it. I called the store, and they informed me that they would give me two free bread sticks for the inconvenience. So 24hours later, Friday, I order 1/2 of my breadsticks, I arrive at the store 25 minutes later, and was told that my approximatewait time is 32 minutes. After running a couple errands (which was already an inconvenience as I had a toddler in the backseat)I arrive at the store 30 minutes later. I get back in like, and the lady tells me it?s going to still be another 45 minutes toan hour . I tell them forget it and cancel my order. I must also add that I watched several workers, and not one of them woregloves while handling food. It was absolutely disgusting.
WE had them take care of our car show food and they did a GREAT JOB, pricing was great, food was HOT and they even sent plates , napkins and spices, This is one great and cooperative place.
I've always found the staff here to be incredibly kind and quick to address any issues that arise. The food is delicious, and the people are outstanding.
