California Pizza Kitchen At Westfarms

The food was good. service was great. would have this place 5 stars my friend and I did not see a rat running into the kitchen. either the working people did not see it (probably because it was gigantic) or they are used to it. I'm not gonna eat here anymore.

I start with the pizza here is really very good. I evaluate a 3 based on the service. I arrived to make a statement, the hostess led me to the place at the end of the bar to place my order. I stood there a solid 5 minutes, made eye contact with several employees at the same place and no one even recognized me. I would have given up, but I decided to order from the app. when it was time to pick up my food, I returned and went back to the counter. someone broke bills and joking and laughing with other servers and again has not recognized me. After a few minutes, she finally looked at me and asked me if I needed help. it took 10 minutes to overtake my command.

What a nice place! I would like to see more CPK's in CT and elsewhere. Great pizza, butter cake and service. Lexi was fabulously welcoming.

HORRIBLE establishment- Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas through Uber eats and have a severe allergy. They gave me 2 wrong pizzas BOTH not gluten free. They provided my with two pizzas without a receipt, without a name on the bags at all and without even marking the pizzas GF or not. The manager treated my allergy as a joke and told me to get in my car and drive to their location to get the correct pizzas if I wanted them even though it was entirely their fault. The manager did not even apologize for this mistake. No wonder they have a 3.5 rating! I will never give this location a penny and I advise you do not either.

Surprisingly good. California Pizza Kitchen gets a bad rap, but this one was great for a mall excursion lunch. I had a power bowl with chicken, corn, beans, tomato, baby spinach, and a green goddess dressing. Needed a quick protein boost. The service was exceptional. Servers were attentive and cane back to check right after a couple bites. The manager stopped over to check on us as well. Unusually good service. The pizza here is also very good and have bern upgraded since the old day of California Pizza Kitchen. Don't hesitate to stop in this one for a solid dining experience while in a mall.
