Blake's Lotaburger - Farmington

I visited the restaurant for burgers on November 25 around 6:36 PM, and unfortunately, my experience with customer service was quite disappointing. The young woman taking my order was quite rude and seemed unaware of the importance of professionalism. She laughed throughout the process and repeatedly asked me to repeat my order.

First time at this Lotta Burger, service was good, lady that took our order was very nice and friendly. Good atmosphere.

Horrible experience. Got every single part of my order wrong, and even then the food was disgusting. I asked for a breakfast burrito NOT smothered and they gave me a burrito SMOTHERED, my fiancée got a breakfast sandwich and the eggs weren?t even cooked, I ordered a orange juice, which they didn?t even get on my order so they wouldn?t just give it to me. And when I complained about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Oh and not to mention, the pumpkin iced

The food was fresh. Tasted like real beef. Slightly greasy but a good place for breakfast and Lunch. Seats are comfortable.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times throughout the day and, unfortunately, I've consistently experienced very poor customer service. While the food has been decent, it's truly disappointing to find such an appealing establishment with an unfriendly staff. The service speed is slow, often taking 10-15 minutes or more, and any efforts to engage with the employees are met with a cold response. I am aware that this isn't representative of how the company operates as a whole. This location does not reflect the company's core values well at all.
