Blake's Lotaburger - Farmington

Normally a 4- 5 star. But have you ever watched food being made and say... Man I feel sorry for whose food that is.. well today that was my food. My fault for ordering online and skipping the line but I had to wait and during that wait I got to see the guy make my burrito. Guy was taking his time and walking to the food warmer (I presume) comes back with more hash browns (my food bacon and hash browns were just chilling on the tortilla) (chilling because food was cold) and

Placed online order at 9:25am, estimated wait time was 16 mins, showed up at 9:45am and waited until 10:25am and then left without the two burritos I ordered. I know it's busy on Saturday morning, but come on an hour for two burritos?

Ordered online and paid for my order, then my husband picked up the order and the lady told him it was $12.44. He paid it because he didnt know I paid online and now the workers say they cant refund the $12.44 and we have to call Albuquerque but I read below they refunded money. I hope the persons meal that we paid for didn't have to pay again. We won't visit this store again.
