Jimmy John's - Farmington Hills

I had a truly heartwarming experience today that has won my loyalty. I wanted to send a thank-you meal to the medical staff who cared for my daughter during her hospital stay, and I wanted to make sure it arrived before their shift ended. The nurses had mentioned that they loved Jimmy John's and that their orders came quickly. Unfortunately, the nearest location was closed. However, the manager at the location I reached out to was incredibly helpful. They quickly assembled an order for 15 sandwiches and got it out in no time. I can't express my gratitude enough for their exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond.

The meats are always fresh and of excellent quality. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the prices can be a bit high.

I am a big fan of JJ. I called in my order because I knew delivery would take 45 minutes. However, when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found. While it wasn't a major problem, the reason I pre-ordered during my drive was to avoid this very situation.
