Ubaldos Italian - Farmingdale

My wife and I visited this restaurant last weekend. Originally, we had planned to dine at a different restaurant on the main street, but after seeing the menu and the long waiting time, we changed our minds. As we were heading back to our car, we noticed Ubaldos and decided to give it a try. To cut to the chase, the food was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and everyone was very friendly. Despite having lived in Farmingdale for years, I had never come across this hidden gem before. The atmosphere was delightful and my wife appreciated the calm environment compared to the usual noisy and crowded restaurants we often frequent. She ordered seafood pasta, while I opted for chicken parmesan. I don't recall ever having to go all the way to Queens for authentic Italian cuisine in Long Island. We will definitely be returning to Ubaldos and highly recommend it to others.

Food is authentic Southern Italian, service is exactly what is needed for your needs. History was the owners in Farmingdale in 1960-80s and at the same place as Ubaldos today. (Pete’s Italian Deli) The same service was given to us locals. I've been given a leak by the owner Pete. And you will see Pete once while you welcome customers at Ubaldo. It's a piece of jewelry you can't give up.

I really enjoyed dining at this lovely and welcoming restaurant. The service was exceptional. It's such a shame to see it close down.
