R. Mccoy Bbq - Farmersville

We made a pit stop at this restaurant on our way home and ordered the 4-piece chicken tenders, a pulled pork sandwich, and two turkey sandwiches. We specifically requested for little sauce on the sandwiches to avoid a mess in the truck. The gentleman preparing our sandwiches was very meticulous and attentive. The turkey was juicy, flavorful, and generously stacked. The quality of the food was comparable to what you would find at Buccees. However, the chicken tenders were described as too spicy by the kids. We were not aware that the chicken would be spicy when we ordered it, so keep that in mind. This restaurant is a great option for BBQ and can easily accommodate big rigs. The parking lot is spacious enough for 18-wheelers and we had no trouble maneuvering our camper in and out.

The food is incredible and the staff is fantastic! I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in the area.

The brisket and macaroni were amazing. I'm surprised this place doesn't have a five-star rating. The rest of the food was good as well. I just happened to be passing by, and the staff were very friendly.

I ordered the quesadilla and loved it. The rice and beans were on point too. While I was waiting someone ordered a chopped beef and she let me sample a piece. It was amazing. Very fast service. Super nice people.
