The food was excellent and the mocha iced coffee was delicious.

The women serving in the drive-thru are attractive, but the food is terrible.

The customer service was poor as I did not receive most of my order, and the food that I did receive appeared to have been hastily thrown into the bag.

I visited Jack In The Box on 2/20/2024 at 3:50am hoping to enjoy some jalapeño poppers. However, after driving home (approximately 20 minutes), I was shocked to find that the food I received was completely overcooked. It is unacceptable to serve such low-quality food to customers. It is disappointing and embarrassing that the management at this establishment allows this to happen.

I ordered an 8-piece chicken nuggets but they only gave me 7. I am extremely upset.
