Bidrage med feedbackWorst Chipotle I've ever been to. Twice now, I have received questionable food. First time, my burrito bowl contained plastic wrap that I almost ate. Second time, I picked up my order and my guacamole was brown and included part of the peel. Will not be going back.
Today, it was horrible. I got a salad that had 4 pieces of soggy lettuce total, was half the size it usually is, the guacamole was brown, and GH charged me 13.50 in fees. You charged me a 7.50 delivery charge that is supposed to be free through Amazon Prime. The supposed salad was virtually unedible. This was an absolutely pitiful experience all the way around for both GH Chipotle. I asked for a refund and you tell me it will take 5 days. Nothing to do but shake my head at the poor service.
If I could give them zero I would. These people looked at long line and acted like we didn't exist. I was standing in line for 10 minutes before I walked out. Instead of serving the people in line they were filling online orders.
Literally the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I tried to give it a chance because it's so close but first they never have anything. The employees always have a stank face like I know you hate your job but you have to do it. Last time I went there was a kid that didn't say a word. I asked for chicken and he comes back with a little side of chicken, I asked is there not more chicken and they all looked confused so I just moved on. The manager was there watching everything and didn't say anything. Never going there again
Came in around 9:15 and they close at 10pm. They had everything already pulled, turned off and was putting up. And there were several people still coming in and ordering. The guy working was so visibly upset people were coming in while he was trying to put everything up. Chipotle is slowly and slowly declining. We keep coming to this place because we loved chipotle for years. But none of the locations around us want to work.
