Very enjoyable meal, service was good considering it was a Saturday night and busy. The food was delicious, lovely chicken burger, sweet potato fries and a side of Mac n Cheese. And great service from Victoria! What's not to like! Service: 5

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and both times have been perfect! The hotel is nice and quiet, the rooms are decorated in a simple but effective fashion, and the food in the diner is to die for, especially the brown sugar pavlova and the French toast! The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, we will definitely be returning. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Food drinks: The service was excellent, (from Archie), but another waitress was downright foul. She was so rude and unnecessarily unpleasant that it was almost comical. She slammed the food on the table, wouldn’t look at us and got really angry because I asked for a jug of water! The food was also not so great. Mac and cheese wasn’t oozy, more claggy, but the flat iron chicken was tasty with a generous portion. It was impossible to hold a conversation because the music was so loud. Overall we wouldn’t choose to stay or eat here again, there is a lot to improve upon. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 2 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Service was very long winded friends had eaten mains before our came out then same again with puddings, then added £6.60 service charge but told them to take it off, would I go again definitely not , to expensive Service: 1 Location: 1
