Pho D'licious - Fargo

Food tasted good and was delicious. But the condition of the restaurant and the service was extremely poor. When we walked in it was not busy, but every single table was dirty and had a mess on it. We had to go and find someone in the back and ask them to clean off a table. The whole time we were there, which was for an hour and half, they did not clean a single other table except for 2 people that came in. There was an extreme lack of attentiveness or any kind of service really. Our order was wrong even after confirming it when placing it. Our drinks (even just waters) were brought out after the food, and only because we asked for them again. One food order was completely missed and not even put in even though it was written down. This was my order so I had to sit there and wait while everyone else was eating. All 4 pho's had very little meat in it. They charge per egg/spring roll which is ridiculous. At least give me 2 for the price. They charged for extra bean sprouts. What kind of pho place skimps on bean sprouts? Had to go and find someone in the back in order to pay. They didn't know how to pay with cash and card. Gratuity was added to the bill even though we were only a group of 5. I feel like I should get that gratuity back because they didn't even provide any kind of a service. But I just wanted to pay and get out of there by that point. Overall a very poor level of service and cleanliness and this will prevent me from ever returning.

Outside. Random google looking for pho near me. Had steakpho and a pork train for lunch with my brother. It was great. Food is tasteful. The staff was quick and friendly.

The staff is the sweetest! The Marne can be short, but it has all the basics covered with different styles of noodles and proteins, my go to is beef, tripe and tendon, but this time I got shrimp. It was great and the fried pork skins above were a unique addition! They also have large smoothies Vietnamese coffee and spring rolls ‘ overall can You do not go wrong and as far as the atmosphere is usually pleasantly busy when I have been in the evening with cute long tables such as a falcon center or South Asian food dish for a large group or common single seats!
