Mcdonald's - Falmouth

Normally the service is no eye contact, minimal words, bordering on rude. This evening we were both surprised by our server at the food collection window. Polite, friendly, and chatty all within the normal time frame (ie: not holding the queue up for niceties). If we clocked the name badge properly, their name was Tom.

Good McDonald’s,quick service and clean with helpful staff.Not the biggest so choose your time.Busy in season.

4 large fries missing from order No dips and no straws for milkshakes.Burgers where cold as were the nuggets !! Total shame of a place !!

Takeaway service disguised No and missing items!! Lack lustre customer service and satisfaction , cold fries!! They just blamed driver but meal wasn’t in bag!!

Needs some input from a regional office to improve standards, management seems poor. Several times have been given the wrong order or cold food or sloppily put together burgers after a long wait in the drive thru. Quite slow fast food. Milkshake machine frequently out of order.
