Wendy’s - Falls Church

This place is weird. I have never been inside, and I only go here as a last resort when I'm doing errands at this shopping center. My biggest issue with this place is they never tell you the price of your meal at the drive through order speaker thing. And I always pay in cash and they never give me a receipt. Ever. I have to ask for one and then they act like it's an imposition to give me one. I just feel like something shady is happening at this location.

Nothing wrong with the service more of the actual owners... I accidentally forgot to add my free jr frosty to my order, and when I got to the window to tell them they said they couldn't take the order unless I rolled around. Guess why, apparently they get timed ??? That's crazy to me. Don't go this Wendy's. Honestly I feel bad for the workers.

Walking inside this Wendy's was like walking into the 1990s . It was so bland. Just a square with tables and chairs and old wallpaper! I came here for a buy one get one free deal on TMobile Tues and also for myself a chili. Chili is something that none of the other big fast food chains do, and I love Wendy's chili.

Much better! Last week I was drawn to a different Wendy's, the one at 5050 Chesterfield Rd., by their recent campaign promoting new and improved fries. That experience was dreadful. Today, my wife and daughter said they wanted fries and frosty's, and we gave this location a try. The experience was MUCH better. The dining area was clean. The staff was pleasant and seemed in far better control than I saw the other evening at the Chesterfield Rd store. Best of all, the fries (and everything else) were pretty darn good. I don't go to Wendy's all that often and was surprised to see that big a difference in service quality between two places so close together. Now at least I know which of them I'll go to the next time.

Solid and consistent. This Store has been a go to when time is short and the schedule is full. I only wish I could get a salad with out meat. If I order on line or use the app it is not available.
