Subway - Falls Church

So I came here at 8:40pm 07/02/2022, and i wanted to ask for a sandwich and first of all there was no production for me to see but just metal crates I couldn?t see not even the sauces nor the meats. I asked for chicken in my sandwich and they told me they didn?t have chicken when I clearly saw the chicken. And on top of that I asked for hot sauce chili and they didn?t want to serve me hot sauce. So I did not want to take a sandwich and i left there for them after that they insulted me. Terrible service terrible workers. If a place closes at 9pm it?s a 9pm not when they say they want to close it.

Would?ve given 5 stars but she gave me the wrong size sandwich. I didn?t notice this until it was already made. I didn?t say anything about it and just left. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.

Initially, we only stopped by for a cup of ice, but the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. Since we needed to eat, we decided to order food as well. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the perfect sandwich. He was attentive and took great care in preparing our sandwiches. The service was outstanding, and I definitely look forward to coming back.
