Bidrage med feedbackIt appears that the restaurant is hiring young employees who are more interested in being on their phones than in properly bagging food. There were no napkins provided and I had to ask for the condiments that were included in my mobile order.
I have never been so disrespected in a fast food restaurant before. Every time I tried to order something, the cashier would rudely ask if that was all, even though I was still ordering for my friend as well. The whole interaction felt unpleasant and made me feel like she wanted me to leave. I was also disappointed that she didn't ask if I wanted sauce for my chicken tenders. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I am considering speaking to a manager about the way I was treated. I hope you remember me, as I am the Chinese guy who came with my Indian friend. We simply ordered our food and served ourselves, as if we had inconvenienced you. It's not my fault you work in a fast food restaurant.
Please provide staff training so that customers are acknowledged when they walk in and are greeted properly. Managers should ensure that all supplies are stocked, especially fries. Running out of fries should not be an acceptable excuse in the food industry.
Update: i have received a refund for the order. Now I can enjoy Popeyes again without feeling like I was taken. Took more effort than it should have. But they did help me.They never delivered my order and customer support is non-existent. Don't use their app. Doordash can't refund orders from Popeyes when there is a problem.
Decent Popeyes location. Parking lot is a bit tight but service was fast. Food was okay, I've had better/fresher chicken at other locations. Food was not hot/warm but didn't taste bad. It's a standard size restaurant and it had a few diners fill in. Nicely lit and clean.
