Pizza Factory - Fallon

Pizza is decent. Beer selection could use a lot of work.

The pizza was really good, but it took a long time to cook. The atmosphere was drab and dark.

The pizza was okay not worth 18 dollars for a medium pepperoni pizza. The dude making pizza could care less about his job though watching football, coughing, scratching his eyes, pick up the phone and taking orders, handling money not washing his hands after. Costumer service was the most disappointing part. Also I love the big sign in the front requiring face covering and none of the staff wearing them.

I have been here two and a half times. First time they were closing in 10 mins and refused to serve which I can understand but the cashier had an attitude. Second time was good and I enjoyed my pizza. The third time I came a hour prior to closing and a worker had an issue with my two friends and I ordering and said ?I don?t know why they came in a hour before closing and see that no one is in here?. I am disappointed with the fact that the workers have no kind of customer care etiquette. Their attitudes are uncalled for and there?s no reason. I enjoyed my pizza the one time they decided to have any customer care etiquette.

This place completely rocks! I called an hour before they were closing ask if they delivered still he said yes even though they were getting ready to shut deliveries down I ordered pizza and lasagna which look fantastic taste delicious and it was delivered in under an hour I'm really grateful and even though we're only passing through Fallon I highly recommend this place.
