Oasis Bowling Alley - Fallon

I love the staff in the alley bar they always make me feel welcome

Grumpy old man at desk refused to give me an 8 pound ball (I'm little). He pointed to the rules for using bumpers. I didn't ask to use the bumpers. I just needed a lighter ball. This is just one example of the poor service we received. As we were leaving he told us we didn't need to come back. No surprise we won't.

Well I went to this place while on Vaca/ visiting family, and I was really looking forward to some good old fashioned bowling and bonding with my son but from the very beginning it felt as tho we were more of a nucense and annoying to the guy i assume owned the place. He was very very rude and then wouldn 't allow me to pay for bumpers because they were meant for 6-12 yr olds not an adult , I also have a lot of anxious of people as well as my son amd it 's difficult to talk to anyone or go anywhere for both of us so we wanted nothing but to leave from the ery beginning. It was a horrible experience and I wish I wouldn 't have waisted my money!

Old dude behind counter was rude, he seemed nice to everyone but us... then again we were the only Hispanics in there says alot about that guy. He wanted to catch these hands but later realized he didn't want the smoke.

Smells like smoke. league coming in couldn't even bowl with my son.
