Another 30 minutes passed, and she finally brought out our main courses. The penne vodka with chicken was the worst I've ever tasted; the chicken was gristly, and the vodka sauce was unpleasant. My wife's salmon was decent but dry and overly salty. Overall, this is far from an authentic Italian restaurant. I would not recommend this place at all.

Incredible pasta dishes, a charming old-school Italian restaurant atmosphere, wonderful servers, and excellent wine! What more could you want in the lovely downtown area of Fallbrook?

Lived in fallbrook 5 years, and in a town of great food, Trupianos reins supreme. Some of the best italian food iv had. Glad i live a minutes walk from them. Highley recommend!
