Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!! 3 HUGE BLOOD STAINS IN MATTRESS. Room 110. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WAS HURT BAD!Sketchy people hanging out! Dirty, dirty! We got up early and took off! They would not refund so we had to stay. Afraid we or our car would get broken into. Secured all doors. Window above tub! Was open. Smelled awful of urine! Were late getting in or would've left right away! Girl said cops come thru often. Never saw 1. Think.people live there. Charged 148.00. Web said 103. 00. Disgusting. . People walking around! Yuk! Choice should take them off their web, or do something! Worst hotel!!

This hotel was dirty and disgusting. A person was dealing drugs out of one of the rooms. The bathrooms were the worst. I would not use the shower without shower shoes. I would not even dip a toe in the swimming pool. It was practically green. Horrible horrible Hotel.

This hotel needs to be inspected by the Department of Environmental Health/Public Health. It is highly overpriced for what they have to offer with the very unsanitary conditions. The room had an awful foul odor between smoke and urine; bed sheets and towels contained multiple reddish brown stains; toilet, tub, and shower curtain had mold and black rim stains. The hardwood flooring was extremely dirty. Also, the walls were very torn down and electrical outlets were nearly taped onto the walls. Minimal light bulbs available. Not to mention the front desk lady who was sitting with her bare feet on top of the counter upon check in. Sketchy people all around and dogs barking non stop. This hotel needs to be reported.

Dirty used bandaid in the shower. Roach bait. Springtails crawling everywhere. Filthy mattress with brown and red stains. They advertise disability rooms online, when I got there the woman at the front desk scoffed and said they had no accessible rooms. I had to have help in and out of their filthy showers because of this, it was humiliating. The only reason we didn’t leave the second we got there is because hotels were booked up because of comic con.

Do not, under any circumstances, reserve a room at this hotel or with any Choice Hotel. Their customer service is absolutely the worst! I made a reservation at 2 pm on a Friday for that same evening. At 5 pm, my husband and daughter had car trouble in Nevada on their way to California. They had to return to Colorado and never made it to the hotel. I called the hotel just after 5 pm to let them know there was an emergency situation and that we needed to cancel. They told me I had to give 24 hours notice however, since I had just made the reservation 3 hours earlier, it would have been impossible to cancel 24 hours ahead. Additionally I was told that the only way to cancel was directly through the hotel manager who, of course, had gone home for the evening/weekend. I was told to send him an email. I did, but of course he didn't get the email until Monday, at which point he told me that the room was held for us and marked as a no show, because I didn't cancel directly through him! I also called Choice hotel customer service and was told that I would be issued a full refund due to the emergency. I was given a confirmation number that insured I would receive the refund. Now, 6 weeks later, I am still trying to get this resolved the hotel manager telling me that he cannot do anything and to go through customer service; and customer service telling they cannot do anything and to go through the hotel manager. Very poor customer service. I have no idea if the rooms are good or bad, but I would recommend staying just about anywhere else!
