Aquaterra At Pala Mesa Resort

This restaurant is stunning. The venue for weddings is fantastic. The rooms are large and the king bed is incredibly comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of elevators, which may be difficult for those with knee issues. The rooms receive a rating of 4, the service a rating of 5, and the location a rating of 5. Hotel highlights include a great view.

Top golf course in the area no question, a little drive from San Diego, but it didn't take 5 hours to play and we never waited on a hole beautiful greens and a really great course and the staff was amazing

Safety: The children's playground was appalling weeds all over the ground and spider webs all over the equipment I personally had to clean up with water do the best I could with the spider webs so our kids could always have somewhere to play I will say it was not kid friendly Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Okay location and decent room, but way overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately our view and patio was a disaster along with having a trash dump for a view and not a garden view . During check out we mentioned this along with responding to the check out email. There was no response to the email and the staff quickly dismissed my comments and attached photos stating they were aware and were working on it . To be honest, if you are in the service industry and you know you have a simple problem like this, why not just fix/remove it??? Food was okay but service was slow. Drinks were decent and the bartender was friendly. Again, for the money, this location is subpar, but will do in a pinch. The lobby/clubhouse is also currently under renovation and the exterior has a ton of termite damage and dry rot. Watch your step in the parking lot, the AC paving was just sealed but the damage from tree roots is bad/tripping hazard. Rooms: Room 's have been recently renovated

Aubrey at the front desk was so welcoming and accomodating.. We had a less than desirable experience at a nearby hotel and she was able to get us into a clean and comfortable room at the last minute. She even called after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking which it totally was! The room was spacious, clean and quiet (well away from any traffic noise), the bed comfortable and the amenities were greatly appreciated. 10/10. Highly recommend.
