New York Bagel Co - Fall River

Bagels are amazing, but don't understand the closing of the lobby. Do you not go anywhere else and get exposed to people? Luckily the drive up line moved rather swiftly and I only go once a month.

Agreeing with what others have said, the bagels are great. The employees are extremely rude and impatient. Absolutely no manners and lack of respect. The people that represent this establishment make it not worth going to anymore.

Used to love this place but today on sunday morning went for a bagel and they only have 3 kinds of bagels left, last weekend they were out of garlic n herb cream cheese, inside is still closed, when is this place going to get its act together? Im sure they still do great business but why have a store if you dont want to allow customers inside

First time there and had a bad experience. Waitress was inattentive and waited an hour with no update and food order never came.

Ridiculously high prices. They charged me $8 for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The counter help was too busytalking with each other rathet than doing my order. . When I question the price they just told me yeah the prices have gotten higher Again. The bagels seemed to be stale. And they gave me about a teaspoon of cream cheese.I will not recommend this franchise and I will not be frequenting it again
