Bidrage med feedbackRice was overcooked than burned on the bottom and they just mixed it up but you can still taste the burnt taste. I got the beef stew, Carne Guisada) as you can see there's no meat whatsoever, they overcooked it where everything dissolved. We got 2 plates, 2 empadas and the cost came out for $32. Not coming here again. They used to be good about 2 years ago but now the quality is awful. Plus the big afro hair lightskin lady was mad rude! She took the silverware and threw it in the counter like she was mad or something.
I’ve been going there more than a decade and 92.9% of the time food is great. The bollito de yuca (dominican style mashed cassava with meat inside) and the relleno de papa (dominican style mashed potato ball filled with meat) are always delicious! My companion ordered the rice and beans with baked chicken and salad (he loved it). He also wanted some mangu (dominican style mashed green plaintains) and fried yellow plantains which were delicious also. I had the white rice with mangu and stewed pork and eveything was great! Last but certainly not least at all; i loveeeeee the dominican style beans!
Great for a good meal at an affordable price. They also have many latino products right there.
First and foremost they treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door . The food is out of this word. When I was pregnant with my son I ate here 6 days out of the week now my son is 6 years old and this is all he wants to eat. So even now we eat here atleast 4/5 times a week and it’s well worth it the price. The portion size. Is great. It’s well worth it honestly
Just go in. Don't judge from the outside. If you show love you get love. Oh and you definitely won't leave hungry. Try the Relleno de Papa :
