Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fall River

This chipotle is by far the worse I have ever been to. The serving line has only one staff member taking orders. Food items were extremely low or were completely out. Food portion is ridiculously small. Ordering double meat will only get you scraps and bits. Terrible service. Go at your own risk.

I ordered a simple burrito bowl and chips and queso. Ordered on the website, and had a smooth pick up with the drive thru lane. When I got home I was astounded at how pitiful the bowl was I have never seen something like this before. The bowl was only filled with like a tablespoon of each ingredient and the final product didn't even reach the top of the bottom bowl. On top of this, my bag looked like it had been opened after sealing, and I didn't even get chips. Incredibly

I spent $30 and they just gave me cheese for my chorizo quesadilla and my $3.00 fountain drink was missing the syrup. The tacos and chips were good. Save your money and either go to Qdoba or sad to say, Taco Bell nearby instead. I gave 1 star because I expect better service based on what you charge.

Absolutely the worst location I've been to many location throughout the state north shore and now here By far the worst food I ever had staff clearly has no idea about food safety storage along with safety temperature threshold it literally cost me 47 dollars to get myself and 2 other family members sick pick up time was 720pm I was inclined at 715pm by 730 I went into the store seeing as I prepaid online with my order I was told no go to the drive through it is easier ok Out

Absolutely small portion size, order on the wed site and still have to wait. Order a chicken Burrito and got steak, order 4 steak tacos and get 2-3 pieces of meat. Absolutely not worth the money!! It?s better to take the trip to seekonk there the only best chipotle around!!!
