Barrett's Waterfront - Fall River

Today was my first experience at Barrett's Waterfront. I was pleasantly impressed with the atmosphere and staff. My waiter Zach was prompt, professional and always in the area to assist. I only had appetizers and drinks which were good as expected. I arrived in the middle of a Sunday afternoon, sat outside and was entertained by a solo guitar singer who's playing was enjoyable. The patrons range from elders, working class of all ages to families with young ones. It was a very friendly atmosphere and I look forward to making Barrett's Waterfront one of my preferred choices. I found the prices reasonable and not too high as I had read in other reviews. I truly believe you should try this establishment if you haven't already.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is ramp access to all patrons.

Great location but service wasn’t great. Plenty of waitresses just standing around. My husband and I ordered sushi, and something else as an appetizer and only received a pair of chopsticks. Had to wait until the waitress looked our way to request another. Also, ordered salads with chicken and one didn’t have any. Had to wait for just about 10 more minutes to get the attention of the waitress to ask if the chicken was still coming. Then had to wait again for another 10 minutes just to get the grilled chicken while my husband already ate most of his salad, so I requested a box to go for mine. I also, ordered a Strawberry Martin for starters and it was completely watered down and tasted only like strawberries, water and sugar. And to top it off, didn’t see a single minority working at this location. Please do better!

We are in town for a wedding and we were looking for a restaurant that had food and drinks for everyone! Not only did we all get what we wanted, but the food was great!Food: 5/5

Just moved to the area recently and have been exploring the food options. On Wednesday a coworker brought me here for lunch and we had a great time. Food was good and place was clean. We sat at the bar and Kate took care of us. she was awesome and said there was a new menu rolling out so I'll be visiting again soon!Food: 5/5
