A very spacious facility. The large lobby with reception was pleasant despite its large size. Huge parking space available. Cars can be rented directly from reception at good prices without any hassle. The reception staff are friendly and competent, hardly any waiting times. The outdoor area is also wonderful. You reach the huge pool through a small park with benches, past the pool bar (with friendly and hard working service) to a large lawn with lots of loungers. Really great and the distance between the loungers was sufficient. Then you reach the beach with the finest sand. However, there is a charge for sun loungers on the beach. Unfortunately it is a long way from the lounge area to the toilet facilities. Brause is right on the beach. There is also a huge indoor pool, where a friendly staff member is always waiting with fresh towels. The buffet style food is really sufficient and always fresh. There is also plenty of vegetarian cuisine on offer here. Meat and fish always fresh. The staff in the dining room and on the large terrace are really friendly, nice and hard working. A small cooking station by the pool was also well attended, where fresh pizza and skewers were offered during the day. There was also ice cream, omelettes and fresh waffles with various toppings. A really nice thing, fresh waffles with coffee in the afternoon. The rooms are large enough, unfortunately the wardrobe is a bit too small. Living out of a suitcase is the order of the day. The safe is available for a fee and is located in the wardrobe on the floor. To be used only when kneeling. You should come up with another solution. The terrace is large enough for two and sunny, with partial sea views. It is also not far to the entertainment mile of Faliraki. After a few minutes you are in the lively entertainment district of Falirakis. You can also take a wonderful hike along the beach to the small harbor of Falirakis. A small, romantic fishing port with a few taverns and a small church, without much hustle and bustle. All in all we were very satisfied. This is worth repeating! Safety: Security personnel always monitor the system unobtrusively. Food drinks: Always fresh and tasty. Large selection also vegetarian! Noteworthy details: Really friendly and personable people in all areas who work here.

Our personal impressions Positive: Location of the hotel, lawn, size of the room/balcony, good bed, delicious drinks at the bar, good coffee, delicious pizza from the wood-fired oven, beautiful herb beds, cleanliness, evening entertainment, good fitness studio, large indoor pool Negative: Advertised as a non-smoking hotel, but a paradise for smokers, there was no non-smoking protection in the outdoor areas, bathrooms in need of renovation, no laundry rack on the balcony, not enough toilets in the hotel, steep spiral staircase with musty carpet, buffet presentation very, very unloving, service staff mostly unmotivated, we felt as all-inclusive guests and third-choice guests, we should have booked breakfast for the day of departure, but there was no information about this from the hotel, general information was generally missing, and for my wife's 55th birthday she was given a loveless cake (no nicely set table, no glass of champagne, no happy birthday) We will not come back to this hotel Based on your answer, we see that you are not very interested in constructive criticism. Beautiful beach hotel with a large lawn and wide sandy beach. We were lucky and were able to swim in the warm sea at the beginning of November when the weather was nice. What was most impressive to me after such a long season was the extreme friendliness of the staff. Some ski resorts could benefit from this at the beginning of winter. Very varied and delicious food, anyone who complains here, I don't want to look into the cooking pot at home... Only the bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain seemed a bit antiquated. But it's supposed to be renovated. Rhodes is beautiful, we had a rental car. The hotel is absolutely recommended! Rooms: Very spacious with partial sea views Nearby activities: Lots of water sports possible. We tried parasailing. Top! Food drinks: Very varied buffet, everything fresh, clean and very tasty.
