I just discovered their diet limeade! I am addicted, it includes real lime and it is so refreshing with limited calories. Guiltily I prefer the RT-44 size. Just waited 40 minutes for ice cream. Watched the only girl working scoop my ice cream with her dirty fingers. Touching buttons, wiping her nose, then scooping ice cream from the metal blast maker into my cup. Her dirty fingers! I've never seen anything like it! So disgusting. I will never go to this sonic again after watching that. I hope a manager sees this. I'm so grossed out. Service: Take out

Stopped at Sonic kids in car ahead of me were sitting behind drive thru line on phones when I honked for them to move up they all hung out the window laughing I pulled out around them went to a drive up space. 3 cars pulled away from the window with their order then the car with the kids in it pulled up to the window. At that time the girl came on the speaker and told me my wait would be 10 minutes, and would that be OK they had at least 4 kids working inside and one of the girls had just brought an order to the car next to me I told the young woman No it would not be OK and left. They need to stop jerking around with their high school buddies who pull up and do their jobs. They can socialize after work! Bad bad customer service. Does not make Sonic look good.

I’ve been going to Sonic for nine years and I attribute the changes to Savannah’s shift manager as well as her sister Aspen a shift manager. They have really changed customer service, efficiency, and they really care. This is my favorite place. Thanks for making me feel good by continuing to get better. We all appreciate you.! Staff is rude and careless I wait a hr or two every time I come here I left this last and won't b returning to this location.
