Avoid this location terrible service and food! Took 20 minutes to get a burger and it was not cooked all the way through! Go somewhere else! Hopefully this location will close soon!

Wow, talk about being understaffed and not focused on serving the guests. We attempted to dine in but the line was long and there was no sense of urgency from the crew. When the gentleman at the cash register turned around and barked at the rest of the crew to stop arguing. We left at that point and went to Fazoli’s and had a much better lunch experience. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the creamsicle frosty.

Food was fine. The interior of the restaurant was filthy. The floor was extremely sticky... My shoes are still sticky from walking in the restaurant.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. I’ve never been so disrespected at a fast food place. They were super rude beginning to end and they offered zero resolution to my problem. I placed a mobile order and the receipt that they printed on their end showed the same total but far less food than what I ordered. Instead of helping resolve the problem, despite showing them my receipt, they caught an attitude with me, cursed at me, and just waited for me to leave. Horrible, embarrassing, and just terrible all around. Receipts attached for proof.

The only thing I can complain about is my coffee wasn't very fresh and I would have rather waited for a new cup. But otherwise just
