Captain D's - Fairview Heights

Service was slow waited in the lobby for 20mins to place a order while being the only person in there. The manager was talking to one of the workers crazy cussing. I will say the cashier was nice. They need to hire more workers get a new manager. Hopefully it will change

1st, someone needs to train better. The young men do not know to greet customers. 2. They need to know how the orders come thru weather it be online or drive thru or counter. The good was not bad. The family enjoyed the chicken more than the fish. The mac and cheese was 'meh . Never order the fries they are terrible. Not sure if there was a manager present but they staff needs a ton more training in just being in public..GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Waited in the drive thru a bit but it was worth it. Fish sandwich and fries were tasty. Cashier was very friendly.

I wouldn't know how their food service or anything else is because we got there at 1030pm and the hrs said they were open until 11pm and whn we got there they were Definitely closed..so I appreciate them lying about their hrs of operation and making us waste our gas coming here all the way from stl

Food was awesome. Had not been here in a couple years. Clean. Friendly staff. Big difference from before. Better and cheaper than fast food
