Poky Dot - Fairmont

Alyssa, and meg were both super friendly. Great food, but of course the ice cream was the show stealer. My girls had a blast watching them create their treats! The ladies went above and beyond to cater to the experience.

The food was excellent ? and my girls loved it. Decor was very fun. The service was lacking. It was very rushed, and the manager had a bit of an attitude. Loudly telling us to sit there and pointed to an uncomfortable table for 2 adults with 2 children and a newborn. While we were finishing our breakfast, the server came and asked us how we were paying venmo, paypal, and cash, as they were not accepting CC payments. Mind you, she gave us the bill before we asked for it. Just seemed pushy and rude.

Food was great, service and waiters too...but it kind of gross when watching the ice cream maker behind counter just kept wiping her hands on her tshirt...didn't seem very sanitary. Her shirt was quite grungy. Never saw her wash hands for the whole hr we were there????

My favorite part was how good the food was, especially the peanut butter pie ??

Was in the Fairmont area and decided to stop for dinner this one is our first trip to the restaurant. We attempted to order two different items off the menu both were out at that point I didn't even want to pursue ice cream so we left the restaurant very disappointed. Not only were they out of items on the menu they were also only accepting cash venmo cash app as their credit card machine was down We were seated at a broken table that was terribly wobbly and after sitting for a few moments at the table with the black specks and the retro design we've noticed there was ants all over the table and in the window seal. I may attempt to give him one more try the next time I'm in the Fairmont area but left there very disappointed
