Hardee’s - Fairmont

The tipping system they have is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve lived in fairmont for a year now and have stopped at this Hardee’s 3 times. The first time I thought it was dumb when they asked but I did it anyways. My fries were only half full and my sandwich was cold. The next time I refused to tip and the girl got a supper snotty attitude when she handed me my food. The third time they had my food ready at the window and when I refused they took it back and held it hostage. I don’t know what they did to it but I just drove off. Hardee’s can keep my money as a “tip” and I won’t be back. If you pay your employees less because they can receive tips that’s absolutely disgusting

Tried to use a coupon from the Hockeybook. I was told they don't honor them anymore. Expires in September. This is stealing in my eyes. Walked out. Don't go here.

Was heading to the twin cities and stopped at the Fairmont Hardee's location for a late dinner and ordered a hamburger combo, picked up my food and head on my way to my destination and when I tried my hamburger, it had a Hella salt. If I was to rate 1 to 10 how much salt was on my burger definitely a 10, that's how bad it was.

Trent and Jeremiah were the most kindest customer service employees ever. Very kind and went above and above what I expected.i wanted to also say, these were these only two people holding down down the store and they kicked it out of the park. 15 stars if I could.

Stopped while traveling. Took quite a while to get our food. Fries were hot but the rest of the food was barely warm. Did not enjoy the meal. I used to enjoy a chance to go to Hardee'
