Dutchman's Daughter - Fairmont

We’d heard of this restaurant from the older generation; aunts, uncles, parents, so we decided to come on down to Fairmont and check it out. Delightfully quirky atmosphere and extremely friendly server. My husband really enjoyed the cabbage and kielbasa, and my chicken tendies and onions rings were yummy. Portions were generous, and each meal started with a salad. We finished it off with the hot fudge cake which did not disappoint. $30 for the entire meal! What a bargain!

First time visit. Pleasant and delightful. Cabbage bowl was better than my mom’s. Service was sweet and the atmosphere is peaceful. Shared the chocolate cake desert. I left feeling wonderful. This is absolutely what a local family restaurant should be. Thank you.

Employees are rude. The sign said close at 9pm. We arrived at 835 pm and intended on ordering to go. As soon as we pulled in the employees got huffy. We entered and before we could be seated or even try to order a lady rudely announced to us they was closed. We tried to report it to manager and basically was told that they did NOT CARE about their customers.

Great food and service. They were friendly and the food was amazing. Even though the lot was full, we didn't even wait 5 mins before we had menus and drinks. Definitely coming back next time we pass by this way.

I went there for the first time about a month ago, the atmosphere is so cozy, everything is so decorated, everything is clean, I had spaghetti and it was scrumptious!? I imagine this place looks amazing in the winter because the snow would coat the trees and it would look like on winter wonderland! I love how the restaurant has spots where the floor rises up, and there are different levels of tables, I have family members who love coming here! The staff is friendly! I especially love their lemon packets!!!! I really want to come here again! They are such yummy food! Parking: Great! Plenty of space to park!
