Visited Boston Market in Fairlawn tonight 1/12/2022. felt I had to give a scream to the young lady who worked on the front (Angel with the pink hair). She served customers, filled online orders and directed the cash register itself. Through the time we were there, she held a positive attitude, apologised us for our waiting and said use to have a great rest of our day. Luckily, an employee came back to help as they were among servants. She also deserved a scream because she came back. Great work! I'm sorry I couldn't find her name.

My husband and I visited this place on 11/16/2021. We had $5 off prom courtesy of T-Mobile. The employee said she was not familiar with this promotion. She called her manager and he told her how to use the code. My husband wanted the Nashville hot chicken, but the employee informed us that she had no sauce or bread. She offered to go double check to see if she had sauce. She said they had something, but it was frozen and she couldn't smell it. I think there should have been a sign that they didn't have the sauce or rolls for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Ultimately I got the three side samplers and found out that the sweet potatoes are an extra $0.35; not a big thing would be a good idea to have a sign that. Overall, the experience was good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice
