Bidrage med feedbackLast week I had a hair appt next door and I was starving mid appt and decided to order food for once I was done. Their last appt time to pick up food was 9:15 so I went for 8:45 so they could hopefully get off work before their 9pm close. Then I got a notification saying they needed to move my pickup time to 9:15, I thought well I’ll just go over and wait since I was literally next door. Then when I got there it looked completely closed so I called and said I was there for my order and they said they’ll be back as they had to go to the store. Turns out they went to the store to pick up ingredients specifically for my order, which I believe was the last of the night. I felt so bad I wished I had just ordered food somewhere else instead of making them go get more ingredients for one order!!! Once they were back it was less than 5 minutes until my food was ready, a very very nice lady came and brought it out to me and apologized for the wait, but really I was the one who should be sorry! All of that to say I really appreciated them going out of their way to make my order last minute AND how nice they were about it. The food was AMAZING and HOT and I’m still thinking about it a week later! Everyone make sure you’re leaving nice big tips for this small, family-owned restaurant as they truly deserve it.
Had the opportunity of trying this Indian Restaurant for the first time, and it was genuinely a good experience. While the food did take a while to arrive, it was fresh and perfect. It is an authentic restaurant, so the dishes tasted very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. The staff is also very friendly and made sure everything was done to perfection. People living in the area or visiting the area should definitely try this place out.
The tandoori chicken didn't taste to us like it was cooked in a tandoori oven. No charcoal flavor. It seemed to us just plain chicken. The vegetable biryani had nice spicing, but the vegetables seemed to us like they were from a can or frozen. We love the crunchiness of fresh vegetables in this dish at other restaurants. The curry chicken tasted pretty good, but it seemed to us it contained little chicken, especially for the $20 price. And the garlic naan didn't seem so good to us, we think because it must not have been baked in a tandoori oven.
Food and service were both amazing. Definitely recommend for good Indian Food.
Quantity of soup is a JOKE! Please don’t waste your money here when I can guarantee you will leave this place still hungry. The vegetable biryani was bad! The vegetables weren’t even cooked fully and was so hard to swallow. Sloppy chef and bad experience overall. They should not have charged as much as they did even when I complained about the bad food! Yet they did. I will NOT visit this place again.
